1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Masrofati, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use the service.
2. Description of Service
Masrofati is a personal finance management application that helps you track transactions, budgets, goals, investments, assets, and generate financial reports. We offer a Free plan and a Pro plan with additional features.
3. Account Registration
You must provide accurate and complete information when registering. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your password and for all activities under your account. You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use Masrofati for any unlawful purpose, not to upload malicious content, not to attempt to access other users' data, not to reverse engineer or disrupt the service, and not to use automated scripts that overload our servers.
5. Paid Subscriptions
The Pro plan is a paid subscription billed monthly or yearly. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law. You can cancel your subscription at any time from the Settings page, and access will continue until the end of the current billing period.
6. Intellectual Property
Masrofati and all its content, design, logos, and software are the intellectual property of Masrofati. You retain full ownership of your financial data. You may export and delete your data at any time.
7. Service Availability
We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance, updates, or changes that temporarily affect availability. We are not liable for downtime caused by circumstances beyond our control.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
Masrofati is provided 'as is' without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be error-free, secure, or available at all times. Financial tools are for informational purposes only and do not constitute professional financial advice.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Masrofati shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the preceding 12 months.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
